The crews of Jule III and Moony spent a great
week together in Wilmington (except Bob had to spend a few
days in DC for work). Moony's shipment finally arived last
Wednesday and Wolfgang quickly assembled his wind generator.
Denise and Ann spent many days 'provisioning' at the various
department stores. Hmmm! Bob and Wolfgang worked on the
boats. Guys work on the boats.

Wolfgang and Denise helped us around the Wilmington
house by raking, cleaning, and just enjoying the place. Wolfgang loved to
rake the lawn of pine straw. Bob loved to sleep in. Ann and Denise loved
to talk about Wolfgang and Bob.

Sadly, we had to say goodbye. SY Moony had to head south.
We are embarassed to say that we followed them to Southport as best we
could.
First we drove to Snow's Cut and said goodbye; then we headed to
Carolina Beach
Park and said goodbye, then hopped the ferry to Southport and said
goodbye to them before the ferry turned into Southport (actually, the ferry captain brought the ferry close to Moony), then
landed at Southport and waved our last (?) goodbye on the fishing pier.
Oh, yeah, we sent them an email today via winlink. We promised to meet
them in New Zealand! Great folks! Say hi to them when you meet them!
