Ann wanted to go on a road trip
... to find some sea glass which is her new passion. It's Cindy's fault
from MV Crows Nest. Cindy and Grant recommended Crossing Rocks Bay as
the best place to find sea glass. So we took the Bollo Ferry to
Treasure Cay, got a rent a car and headed for Crossing Rocks. We
stopped at MHH for breakfast and grocery shopping then search for
Crossing Rocks. We found it about 15 miles south of the Little Harbour
turnoff. Yep, we found lots of sea glass. We would have carted out
more than we did except Ann's back started hurting. Still got lots of
glass.

Next stop would be Little Harbour. We could never get the
big boat in the Harbour so this would be our only chance. Also, this
would be a good time to see Danielle and Rob of MV Spice who left GTC to
spend some time at Little Harbour. The road was a trip: rocks, sand
and asphalt and narrow at that. We arrived with our first stop at
Pete's Pub, the famous landmark and watering hole of the Harbour. While
chowing down on a burger, we saw Danielle and Rob. Later,
Danielle offered to give us a tour of Johnston Studios, the famous
bronze foundry of Little Harbour. Spice spends a lot of time here every
year so her crew know everybody here. The tour was great. We bought a
little bronze dolphin and several tee shirts. Afterwards, we had to
give our goodbyes and head back to GTC. Great time.
